In 2024, a smart controller manufacturing plant achieved process reengineering with the empowerment of the Industrial Internet. Through agile development technology, the circuit board design time was shortened from 7 days to 12 hours; the special-shaped plug-in machine saved three-quarters of the time compared with manual plug-in, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality. In addition, the factory also uses artificial intelligence for product detection, creating an AI intelligent detection model, and launching an agile development system, prefabricating a large number of modular design units, which can quickly create a complete design scheme for smart controllers according to customer needs. The factory's annual output exceeds 15 million pieces, with more than 3000 models, and it has been selected as the first lighthouse factory in China's smart controller industry.
